Chef de Partie - Kidderminster
My client, a luxury hotel in the Kidderminster area, currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their busy kitchen.
This is a luxury hotel with a restaurant and several banqueting rooms. A wedding and conference venue as well as very popular Sunday lunches! This is a busy hotel and so the successful candidate will be used to working in a fast paced environment and will be able to think on their feet.
The kitchens are run by respectful members of staff.

The ideal Chef de Partie will have:
- Current / previous experience as a Chef de Partie and the running a section in a busy kitchen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to work in a supportive, structured environment.
- Ability to work on their own initiative calmly when under pressure.
This is a permanent position
45 hours per week - overtime paid or taken as time in lieu.
