RENTALS CUSTOMER SERVICE SCHEDULER

One of the worlds largest suppliers of specialist commercial vehicle & HGV rentals, are seeking a Rental Customer Service Scheduler, to join their team based in the Lichfield.

You will provide support to clients via telephone & email, in the booking, allocation and planning of their HGV Trailer rental requirements, in order to minimise client trailer fleet efficency.

Responsibiliteis include;

  • Handling calls/eails for rental reservations
  • Completing online booking, ensuring supporting compliance & documentation
  • Allocation of fleet

Would suit those with experience working in; Call Centre, Contact Centre, Customer Service, Service Advisor, Hire Controller, Maintenance Planner, Vehicle Scheduler, Fleet Administrator, etc enviroment.

The Person:

You will possess;

  • *Previous Contact Centre/Call Centre or Customer Service Administration experience
  • *Confident telephone manner, with good written/verbal communication skills
  • *IT literate (MS Office & databases)
  • *The ability to prioritise workload and build client relationships

Salary & Hours:

Salary will becirca GBP20-21,000 on experience, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
