We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our client's kitchen team working with the established team leader. All food is made from fresh and sourced locally. Ranging from traditional pub classics to restaurant style dishes on the daily changing specials menu.
The ideal candidate will have experience working at Sous Chef level or above in a fresh food, high volume kitchen for a minimum of two years.
GBP22,000-GBP26,000 depending on experience and skills + SHARE OF TIPS
