Work from home / remote working role for a Sage 500 or Sage 1000 Support Consultant or Support Analyst. This is a permanent position for an experienced Application Support Analyst, looking for the flexibility of working from home, with no commuting, and occasional visits to the head office of this top 5 UK Sage software reseller. You can be based anywhere in the UK and they will set you up with what you need to run an efficient home office. Starting salary to GBP38,000.00 plus private health care and good pension scheme.

They are looking for a dedicated application support specialist with strong Sage 500 or Sage 1000 skills in the areas of manufacturing, finance, distribution or billing - the more experience you have of different modules, the better, as well as SQL experience, and Crystal reports would be a bonus. You can understand business processes and can take ownership of your calls.

This is a focused, honest company with a long history, spanning over 25 years, of selling, implementing and supporting a wide range of Sage products including Sage 200, Sage ERP X3, Sage 500, Sage 1000, Sage Payroll, Business Intelligence and Sage CRM, plus a range of add-ons. They are very well respected, staff stay with them for many years and they are very, very busy. They have a team of talented developers and technical support people to back you up where needed.

They are looking for someone who has at least 2 years' experience in a Sage 1000 or Sage 500 ERP Support role working for a reseller, consultancy or end user site. Working from home will require you to be well-organised, self-motivated and a self-starter, but will also give you freedom and no travel costs. It may suit you to work remotely to fit in with family needs, or maybe you have just had enough of commuting.

They are so busy that the Support Manager is taking 100 support queries a month himself, so their need is great and they are looking to interview candidates as soon as possible. Support requests are varied from simple fixes through to complex problems and you should be able to work through the full support life cycle and provide a high level of service to your clients.
