This Teaching Assistant role would suit an enthusiastic graduate who has previous experience supporting children and at least received a 2.1 in your degree. You will have the ability to display a keen passion for education and a desire to carve your own career as an outstanding teacher. You should possess a balanced and wide-ranging knowledge of your subject that will make you the ideal addition to the department. You must have the skills to take on additional responsibilities where possible and demonstrate the ability to succeed in all circumstances. The school are looking for someone who can guide their KS2 pupils through their education, providing additional support to underachieving pupils.
