An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Card Services team on a fixed term contract for up to 12 months.

This role will be to undertake the responsibility for day to day client account management of new and live allpay Card Services clients. The successful candidate will manage the accounts and build relationships with allpay card services clients to identify customer requirements and assist in the provision of solutions to meet their needs in order to grow revenues and volumes.

The successful candidate should be educated to a minimum of GCSE level in English Language and Maths (or equivalent) and have referenced previous experience in a customer account management role (or equivalent). Experience in a Card Services customer service environment would be an advantage.

This role will require the skills to manage several complex activities simultaneously along with the ability to effectively work to deadlines and co-ordinate individual departments to complete requirements on time. In addition the successful candidate will require excellent attention to detail, strong communication, organisational and planning skills.

Please note that there may be occasional travel within the UK and oversees with this role.
