Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for our client based in Stone, Staffordshire.

You will be working in the Management Information Systems department as an Administrator.

Duties will include:-
- Collating data from appropriate functions and systems to produce management information for all site related operations.
- Maintaining the integrity of data received and reported to various teams including that stored in data management systems.
- Reporting on site management compliance regarding information provision.
- Providing an efficient service in relation to the provision of management information,
- Producing reports on an Ad hoc basis.
- Writing and maintain standard operating procedures to support the production of management information.
- Assisting in the development of data retrieval/reporting systems.
- Collating and verifying data pertaining to colleague working hours.
- Working to support the MIS and Planning Manager.
- Producing CPM reports and data as required.
- Assisting with planning.
- Adherence to all Data protection acts and policies.
- supporting the warehouse team with health and safety related checks.
- Auditing and maintaining the pick system equipment.
- Maintaining a good standard of housekeeping.
- Demonstrating flexibility and co-operation in covering duties of a related nature not specifically referred to in the description that may enhance the service provided to the customer.

knowledge and experience:-
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Experience of office procedures, systems and equipment
- Working within a team
- Ability to undertake a number of areas of work to ensure flexibility within the team.
- A good attention to detail
- Keyboard data entry speed and accuracy is essential.
- Excellent communications skills both orally and written
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and to keep to deadlines.

Temporary ongoing role - minimum of 3 months.

Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm although they may be require to work Sundays where needed.

GBP8.20 per hour. Weekly pay. Free on site parking, canteen and smoking area.
