Our Client, based in Worcester, are currently looking to recruit a 1st/2nd line support technician to work at their Worcester site.

The ideal candidate will possess, exemplary customer service skills - be happy to go the extra mile in pursuit of excellence delivering a real end to end service - service that will be delivered both over the phone and desk side.

To be considered for this role, we would expect you to be able to clearly demonstrate at least 2 years' experience working in a mixed Service Desk 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support role with specific skills in much if not all of the following:

Microsoft Operating Systems - Windows 7,8,10
Windows Server
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
MS Office
Active Directory ( AD )
Cisco IP Telephony and mobile
PC & Laptop builds
Lotus Notes

Core working hours will be set up on a shift pattern to cover business hours, 6am > 2pm & 2pm > 10pm in addition you will be called upon as part of an on call rota, and you will also occasionally be required to attend special events that will involve some evening/weekend working on site in the UK and in our European sites.
