Facilities Manager job working for a national hard services provider managing the implementation of M&E & PPM
Your new company
Working for a nationally recognised hard services provider, who specialise in maintenance services for a range of clients. The client organisation are a large and modern school just outside Coventry, West Midlands.
Your new role
Supporting the Regional FM in the delivery of the FM services contract, you will ensure implementation of the M&E and fabric PPM and ensure Reactive Maintenance is carried out in response to Help Desk requirements. Along with co-coordinating subcontractors into the PPM programme, you will have first line management responsibility for the static and mobile FM team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have worked for an FM services provider where you have worked as a hard services or TFM Facilities Manager. You can also come from an educational client side background where you worked in a similar capacity. You will need sound knowledge of health & safety practices COSHH, RIDDOR et.
