Commercial Analyst - Logistics
A leading player in the Distribution sector.
KEY TASKS AND DUTIES
Design, build and administer efficient processes aimed at supporting the commercial team and wider business. Maintain and develop existing processes.
Support in the maintenance and development of our CRM system.
Communicate and assist the business in understanding processes and procedures, in particular those to do with our CRM and sales systems.
Investigate, diagnose and report on changes in business measures, helping the business develop a better understanding of market and business results.
Assist the administration of key reporting systems (competency in VBA or willingness to learn).
Identify patterns and trends to assist the business in managing customers and improving our operation.
Assist in building and maintaining manual billing systems / processes.
Produce daily and weekly reports for internal and external customers, giving assistance to account management teams with customer specific analysis.
Identify trends that will impact performance and work proactively to identify solutions to drive continuous improvement. Assist with the provision and support the development of management information.
Coordinate with various other departments in the achievement of common objectives.
Work closely with senior management, providing knowledge and insight to assist in decision making.
Conduct ad hoc investigations as and when needed.
Assist in the maintenance and development of our customer profiling tools, and quote packs.
Manage your time effectively with the aim of responding to queries in a timelys fashion.
