Technical Support Analyst

We are looking for a talented Technical Support Analyst to join our growing IT team based at our Head Office in Leamington Spa.

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will ensure that all Bravissimo users have access to the appropriate hardware, software and peripheral solutions to enable them to carry out their roles efficiently. You will be a confident communicator with a passion for finding solutions to a range of problems by providing 2nd line support to the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a current Support Analyst looking for a new challenge in a dynamic environment. Not only will you support with day to day challenges presented through 2nd line support, you will also assist in shaping key projects and solutions for the needs of a growing business.
You will be an experienced support professional with a highly pro-active approach to problem solving and a strong attention to detail, ensuring that disruption to the business is always kept to the very minimum by fast incident resolution.
You should have a genuine interest in all new IT technologies, supporting the team and wider business as the subject matter expert whenever needed. You should have demonstrable experience in working with PCs, MACs, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals and providing support to a wide range of business users.
You will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment and will have the ability to manage multiple business requirements at any one time, delivering these to a high standard.
