You will be measured by stretching targets for your portfolio's profitability and ongoing customer retention, so high levels of 'solution selling' are always required.

You have a stable CV proven track record as both a customer facing sales professional within the Truck/CV leasing market. You are focussed equally on ensuring solutions for your clients while ensuring strong and consistent margins. You can demonstrate you can deliver consistent performance and take ownership of the outcomes - not just the inputs. You are an accomplished presenter and an excellent listener - showing you fully understand your client, and what's expected of you in your role.
