This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a rewarding career at an exciting time in the telecoms industry. Hosted voice solutions are now the choice over traditional telephone systems and you can take advantage of the massive growth in this field.
The commission is uncapped so the sky is the limit, the OTE stated is realistic for year 1 and takes into account learning the products. Once fully up to speed you should earn GBP40k+.
My client is looking for dynamic sales people and they are happy to provide product training, so a great attitude, positive approach, desire to earn and proven sales skills are more important than industry knowledge.

The Role:
• Responsible for achieving a personal target from supplied campaigns, self-generated business and referrals
• Calling targeted and prospective customers selling Hosted Voice solutions, predominantly into the SME market.
• Provide a professional service to your prospective customers to build your reputation as a salesperson
• Produce accurate weekly forecasting to your line manager
• Take an active part in weekly sales meetings
• Identify prospective customers needs and requirements and match them to a solution from within the portfolio
• Keep the CRM updated to reflect your sales activity, ensuring accuracy of records to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• To take responsibility for your customers and see the sale through to completion liaising with your line manager and the sales support team as necessary
• Attend ongoing training as requested

Qualifications and experience:
• Experience within a target driven Telesales environment
• Knowledge of Hosted Voice Solutions would be an advantage
• Experience of using CRM's
• Computer literate, with excellent written English and a real understanding of the importance of accurate reporting
• Experience of communicating with people at all levels by phone and email
