Clayton Recruitments specialist Nursing Division is currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager (desirable RGN / RMN) to take on the role of Registered Manager within our clients 40-50 bedded Nursing Home situated in Upton-upon-Severn. Ideally applicants will be an experienced Registered Manager / Home Manager, and be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing a home with a Good - Excellent CQC rating. It is desirable that applicants should be nurse qualified. The role will be full time 40hrs per week of GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 per annum. As the Home Manager you will be responsible for; -All aspects daily operational management and running of the home, ensuring a uniformly high standard of resident care and nursing practice are achieved. -Ensuring that the home is compliant with CQC regulations, and that the home maintains its high occupancy levels. -Promoting and marketing the home and ensuring the homes excellent reputation is maintained. -Motivate, develop and provide clinical leadership for the nursing team. -Ensure clinical records are well maintained and systems are in place for staff to communicate effectively on clinical issues.
