Our prestigious automotive client based in, Warwickshire is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Administrator to work within our Clients ever expanding department of CCC certification on a full time basis.

This role will undertake the responsibility of the Administration lead for the CCC certification Managers and the supporting managers, along with communications across all sites in Europe and outside Europe.

This is a brilliant opportunity for the chosen candidate to work in a very modern and luxurious working environment. The successful Administrator will be working a 40 hour week with access to onsite parking.

Key Responsibilities:
•Track status and responses on documentation which will be imputed on to an IT system.
•Gain approval for requests were required
•Support management and divisional team members with accurate date input, formalise visits and support internal and external Audits
•Interact effectively with CCC Certification managers and clients when required
•An understanding of the Audit processes and the accuracy required to support this role.

Key Skills Required for Submission:
1.The ability to interact effectively with Senior Management & the wider client communication, Administration; Technical & CCC audit information
2.Experience acting as a point of contact for the team and the wider business on general queries
3.The ability to manage own work load and drive positive results using own initiative as part of a small team

Skills Required:
•Excellent MS Office skills (Intermediate user in Excel, Power Point and Word). Preparation of accurate documentation and reports as required
•Possessing proficient analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced organisation
•Detail-orientated and with outstanding organisational capabilities, with the delivery of accurate date imputed and delivered to clients and managers
•An effective communicator in both verbal and written forms
•Chinese speaking or understanding is required but not essential

Experience Required:
•Experience attending meetings, progressing actions and the Maintenance of action tracker documents
•Previous experience working in an accurate data administration role
•A proven track record of meeting deadlines on multiple concurrent requirement, activities and Audits
•Awareness or experience with company internal systems
•A proven track record of demonstrating logical and analytical thinking as well as being comfortable with data management / data manipulations
