PQE: 8 +

LOCATION: Staffordshire (Commutable from: Staffordshire, Cheshire, West Midlands and Derbyshire )

SALARY: £60,000+


With an array of experienced Lawyers, Partners, Associates and Solicitors the Commercial Litigation department is experiencing a high number of new instructions and they are looking to build on their recent successes through the appointment of a Commercial Litigation Partner. The firm offers a full range of services to its clients and they are poised to complete their ambitious growth plans. The role will involve the successful Commercial Litigation Partner to join the highly ranked team and advise across a broad spectrum of commercial litigation matters including professional negligence, commercial contracts and construction disputes, insurance disputes, property litigation and shareholder claims. You will be required to network and business develop to continue the influx of new instructions.


You will a highly competent Commercial Litigation Solicitor who has been practising for a minimum of eight years. You will either be a Senior Associate or Director within a leading commercial litigation team and will be looking for a move as a junior partner. Technically sound you will have dealt with a wide and varied caseload of commercial litigation. Whatever your current status, you will enjoy client relationship management and business development and ideally have some experience of managing and mentoring less experienced fee-earners. You may already be working in the Staffordshire, West and South Midlands and will have strong ties to the region or be interested in relocating to the area. A well known name in the market you will have a portfolio of clients and contacts who will be only too happy to instruct you on future matters.
