Fleet Commercial Insurance Adviser/ Fleet Insurance Adviser Account handler

A new opportunity has arisen to join a busy insurance company who deal with the Commercial Insurance Sector to work in their existing business department working within their Fleet Insurance division

The Role

- Processing of proposal forms, policy documentation, endorsements including the
- policy wordings
- Point of contact for existing customers with queries and policy amendments and changes such as cover notes, claims and midterm adjustments,
- Liaise with insurers and internal underwriters on a day to day basis in order to fulfil client's requirements, general queries and changes to cover.
- Processing new business and renewal paperwork & documentation
- Monitor and chase outstanding documentation & paperwork
- Audit process to check paperwork processed this is sent to clients/insurers.
- Claims handling / liaison with insurers & loss adjusters


- Relative insurance qualification desired
Previous Commercial insurance preferred
- Insurance background in underwriting, broking or claims
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong customer service skills
- Good time management and to be well organised
