Hours: Monday and Wednesday 9.30am - 6pm, Tuesday and Thursday 11am - 8pm, Friday 9.30am - 5pm

My client specialise in providing solutions to dissatisfied timeshare owners and are based within Redditch town centre. They are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The main aim of the role is to work closely with the Telesales Team and support them in their administration function. Day to Day duties will include the following:
* Support the telesales team with all administration
* Send appointment confirmations to customers
* Diary management
* Adding bookings to the calendar
* Follow up calls
* Updating the database and entering data
* General administration

As a person you will need the following qualities & experience:
* Must have excellent administration skills
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask
* Professional manner and well-presented appearance
