Our Client is one of the UK's leading pharmaceutical companies dedicated to providing cost effective solutions to dermatological conditions and ultimately creating a better quality of life for patients.

On account of recent success, this niche pharmaceutical sales business is currently recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager to cover their West Midlands and South Wales territory. This thriving territory will provide an excellent opportunity for the incoming Territory Sales Manager to promote this high performing product portfolio across a full range of Healthcare Professionals within both primary and secondary care. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Territory Sales Manager will collaborate to develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans for the UK promoted brands to maximize sales growth and profitability at a territory level.

We are looking to engage with dynamic individuals with previous experience within Medical Sales, ideally a minimum 12 months'. A proven track record in achieving sales targets within the industry is essential and the ABPI qualification preferred. Knowledge of the NHS structure and function is essential and local territory knowledge is also a definite requirement.

The role of the Territory Sales Manager will be to:

- drive and increase the sales of all promoted products and thereby achieving local territory targets.
- Engage with NHS customers at all levels within the secondary care and primary care sectors of the NHS, at territory level.
- Work with and develop a network of contacts within the Medicines Management sector of the NHS, at territory level.
- Use the UK CRM system for the recording of customer interactions and data measurement.
