Our client, Jaguar Land Rover, is a large automotive company, with Retailers and National Sales Centres all across the world.

This is a wide and varied role working on a number of global projects, including implementing a new Information Management System for all Retailer information held by National Sales Centres, or enhancing the global platform for Retailers providing a single point of access to all software applications, communications and information.

Reporting to the Jaguar Land Rover Business Change Manager, the Business Change Agent will be key to preparing the business for the change through delivering effective stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.

Candidate Responsibilities

- Analyse information from a variety of sources to develop and undertake Change Impact Assessments and Business Readiness Assessments.
- Identify stakeholder groups, segment and target communications effectively according to level of interest, influence and need to engage.
- Arrange and manage engagement meetings including note taking and progressing actions.
- Manage project communications mailboxes to handle queries, concerns and to give feedback.
- Develop tools and monitor the effectiveness of communications and engagement, addressing any gaps.
- Develop and circulate communications, tailoring these to different stakeholder groups as appropriate. This will include bulletins, emails and content for the intranet site, videos, podcasts and webinars.
- Plan communications and stakeholder engagement aligned to project plans, communications strategy and business change management strategy, taking all stakeholders on the journey of change.
- Share information and guide implementation in Business as Usual areas as appropriate.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required, using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analyse training needs.
- Analyse information from a variety of sources to inform training materials.
- Develop training materials for various levels of delegates. This will include eLearning, User Guides, webinars.
- Support the roll-out of training.

Candidate Specification

- Experience of supporting business change on large cross-functional projects in large organisations
- Experience of working on multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to work at pace and adjust to changing timescales.
- High IT literacy needed in MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Mail
- Advanced Excel skills to work with and manipulate large data sets
- Ability to use Google Tools
- Experience of identifying training needs
- Experience of developing training materials
- High level communication skills including grammar - verbal and written
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence, understand requirements and provide feedback
- Ability to work with all project workstreams, and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- An understanding of IT projects is an advantage.
- Understanding of MS Project would be a bonus
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
