Role: Renewable Energy Sales Engineer

Location: Nuneaton

Salary: GBP25,000pa basic plus uncapped bonus, company car, laptop, phone

Our client is a growing and innovative company based in Nuneaton. Due to expansion they are now looking to acquire the services of a talented Renewable Energy Sales Engineer who will be responsible for wining business and building long-term relationships with new clients. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone motivated by technical sales to become part of our client's market-leading team.

Main responsibilities:

* Gathering market and customer information
* Contacting with potential customers via phone/email or online to prospect for new business
* Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
* Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
* Overcome any objections with a view to achieving customer buy-in
* Face-to-face client meetings and presentations as required
* Invoicing, recording sales and keeping the CRM up-to-date
* Liaise with team to complete the sale and share the best practice with colleagues

Key Skills & Experience:

* Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an installation of underfloor heating systems
* Experience of commissioning underfloor heating systems
* To be able to solve mechanical and electrical problems with a confidence
* A good level of numeracy
* Good listening skills are essential
* Computer and technical literacy is essential
* B2B/B2C/CRM experience is desirable
