The Role: As Business Development Manager you will be looking to develop new accounts in sectors such as manufacturing, warehousing, retail and transportation. Speaking to finance, purchasing and board level executives, you will be negotiating sales deals starting at GBP5k, with one day a week spent in their East Midlands offices. Tailored on-board training is standard here.

The Company: Part of a very well established group and enjoying a sales turnover approaching GBP10 million, our client now seeks an additional Business Development Manager in the Midlands as they create a brand new role. They sell a vast range of packaging and display products including corrugated, tapes, film, strapping and pallets and are close to being the number one distributor in Europe.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

* Strong field sales experience
* You must come from a packaging sales background
* Experience of winning and developing accounts is vital
* Self-motivated and organised sales people are sought
