Do you have automotive experience, preferably from an HGV Main Dealership?

Hours: Monday to Friday 3:00pm - 12:00am

The Position

The Service Controller/Administrator role would suit anyone from a Workshop Controller/Service Advisor/Service Reception/ background, or maybe even a former technician.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing job cards & raising invoices in line with works carried out & manufacturer guidelines using Kerridge DMS system, and outside customer authorisation platforms.
- Identifying parts using manufacturer parts identification tools, & booking of parts to workshop job cards using the Kerridge DMS system.
- Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries.
- Dealing with customer enquiries on the Service Reception counter.
- Managing the team of technicians.
- Managing the shifts work load in accordance with customer expectations.

You will possess:

- Automotive/Fleet Management experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Accurate keyboard and data entry skills
- Outstanding organisation skills.
- Good clear telephone manner.
- Strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
