This leading property management company are looking for a Reception Manager to join there team. Reporting to the Senior Management team you will be looking after a luxury residential development in the City Centre.

The Role:

As a Reception Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a luxury 5* reception area in Birmingham City Centre.

Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting incoming guests
  • Various customer service duties for example; dealing with queries and complaints
  • Overseeing the reception area making sure all standards are met.
  • Dealing with couriers
  • Health & safety
  • Building checks

The candidate:

  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Previous experience within a similar role is essential
  • Good communication skills
