Our services cover education, housing, substance misuse treatment and the prevention of reoffending.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Rent & Service Charge Project Manager who will take lead on a full detailed review of Nacro's rent and service charge setting for its 1500 supported housing units. We are seeking an individual who can bring significant experience in to our business taking a lead for our rent and service charge management and will be expected to balance operational and strategic responsibility.

You will need to develop a process and methodology for calculating rent and service charges, based on actual costs and in line with housing benefit regulations, commence a full review of our existing rent and service charges and establish a process for the annual review of rent and service charges. This role can be based in Nottingham or Birmingham and will require regular travel between these locations.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with a capability to work closely with stakeholders at all levels, both finance and non finance
* Ability to produce accurate and concise reports as required
* Project Management skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Able to manage competing business demands and prioritise business objectives
* Ability to meet tight deadlines
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Can do attitude
* Demonstrate the ability to maintain successful working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
* Advanced excel and word skills

An enhanced DBS is required for this role
