Key responsibilities:

The role of Client Care Administrator is key to ensure that we respond to our clients queries in a timely fashion. We are looking for a highly motivated, committed and organised individual to provide support to our Core Real Estate team and our clients.

• Billing – responsibility for billing for a number of our key clients, ensuring financial
housekeeping is maintained, outstanding balances are cleared and client queries are
dealt with in a timely manner
• Reporting – ensure that client reports are compiled and completely accurately, chase
up legal advisers as and when required
• Meetings – organise regular service team meetings with our clients
• Client Care Team Sheets – ensure that our client care team sheets are updated and
maintained on a regular basis

Skills and experience:

• Proven administration experience, ideally within a similar sized organisation.
• Enthusiastic, keen and quick to learn
• Team player, happy to help others out as and when required.
• Highly organised with an ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Competent with financial processes such as billing, client balances and transfers
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people
at all levels of the business
• Develops a good relationship with key people in the business and our clients
• Confident with IT systems and keen to learn
