We are looking expand our team by bringing on an additional Recruitment Consultant for the Coventry City Centre Commercial division.
This is an all encompassing role including sourcing of candidates and business development within a fast paced environment and requires energy and enthusiasm. As part of Interactions on-going development all training on the role will be provided.

What we are looking for?
· A highly ambitious, successful and driven all rounder
· High-achiever, ideally already working within recruitment who wishes to work in a more autonomous and rewarding environment; or
· Recruiter from another sector who can evidence significant over achievement and who want a new challenge;

Duties will include:
· Business Development / Cold calling / Face to Face Presenting
· Building client relationships and managing client expectations
· Full recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing and placement
· Key account Management
· Management of Compliance and annual updates
· Have at least 1 years experience within a customer facing or sales based role
· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Have strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
· Full UK Driving Licence and vehicle
