HR Administrator

We are recruiting for a HR Administrator in the Warwickshire area.

As a HR Administrator you will need to have:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Experience gained in a HR department or knowledge of HR gained via education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to prioritise and work under pressure

Details:

  • Salary: £20, 000 - £23, 000
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.00pm
  • Location: Warwickshire
  • Duration: 12 month contract

Role of a HR Administrator:

  • Set up HR processes and procedures
  • Provide administration support to the HR Manager and Recruitment Co-ordinator
  • Ad-hoc work on HR projects
  • Take responsibility for the organisation of training and development programmes
  • Manage Investors in People project
  • Support recruitment with the booking of interviews
