Hours 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

My Client is looking to recruit a Service Administrator to work alongside their highly skilled Head Office Support Team, assisting them to drive and expand within their sector.

The Objective of the role is to provide an exceptional level of administrative support to the UK Direct Business for priority administration. This role will be critical in maintaining an excellent standard of excellent standard of customer service to all customers, both internal and external.

Duties Include but are not limited to:
*Undertaking a variety of administrative tasks to directly support various departments across the UK Direct business both within the field and head office
*Maintain all Contract Database information confidentially, entering new service agreements, raising preventive maintenance/calibration visits, raising invoices and providing confirmation to customers via a 'welcome process' including managing account creation
*Maintain fully accurate and up to date electronic and paper based records
*To proactively invoice for works which have been completed but not covered by a Service Agreement
*Carry out a high standard Maintenance Agreements upkeep, amending as required an efficient and timely manner
*Correspond both verbally in writing, with customers regarding all matters relating to service and/or sales administration tasks, including any changes in contracts, dealing with associated emails/letters and routine paperwork or documentation
*Provide general administrative support and coverage of other related admin roles and responsibilities within the Business Support Team, ie credit control, commercial and/or sales administration functions

Skills/Experience Required:
*Possess a minimum of five GCSE's to include Mathematics and English Language


*Practical experience within a similar role
*Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including a professional telephone manner
*A flexible approach to workload duties with the ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines whilst demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
*Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
