The objective of this role is to manage the development and implementation of projects associated with meeting Developer Services customer initiative. You will work to understand the current customer Journey and how this can be enhanced to meet our vision to be the most trusted water company by 2020. Whilst effectively managing stakeholders, you will help to effectively deliver change outlined as part of customer journey. This will include scoping, key reporting, monitoring and change impact assessments. A key aspect to his role is ensuring that project and change benefits are correctly identified and monitored and a framework is in place to enable sustainability of change.

About You
With experience of leading projects, utilising knowledge of the project lifecycle, the successful candidate will also have experience of benefit identification, definition and delivery planning. Experience of process mapping is key for this role, as is the ability to appropriately engage with senior stakeholders and the ability to challenge 'upwards'. Experience of landing change and imbedding it into an organisation will be of benefit. In order to succeed in this role it is expected that you will have strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels in the organisation. You will have had previous work experience in change management, working to deadlines and managing both direct and surrogate reports. Essential to this role is a project management qualification, or equivalent experience.
