Having gone through impressive growth (nearly 100% in the last 2 years) our client are making a lot of positive noise in the Employee Benefits market and keen to recruit an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to cover the m4 corridor/West Midlands region.
Our client take pride in offering high quality employee benefits advice in Healthcare, Group Risk, Pensions and Communications. Backed by investment from their US parent company our client are keen to be the Employee Benefits Company of choice to the mid corporate market and by acquiring clients through their exceptional client relationship service. This has recently been recognized by winning awards including Group Risk Advisor 2017.

The role

The Employee Benefits Consultant is to manage clients in the triangle of the M4 corridor from West London/Reading to Bristol and up to Birmingham. So someone located in the middle of this area would be ideal however candidates based in Bristol or Birmingham would also be considered if they are happy to cover this region. There is a trust based culture where this person can work from home when not seeing clients with office visits (once per wk.) to either Birmingham, Bristol or London (whichever is closest) is fine with our client.

The role is to take care of and manage clients between 100 - 500 employees due to increased workload on the Client Consulting team. There is also an opportunity for someone who wants to and capable of winning new business from warm leads although this role is mainly to manage clients and any clients won would be expected to be managed by this person.

Our client favours someone who has good credible knowledge in multiple areas including Pensions, PMI, Group Risk and Flexible Benefits. The right candidate needs to have strong client relationship experience and not exclusively a subject matter expert in one area alone.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a role with autonomy, backed by a company who have fantastic resources and can really say they offer their clients a holistic Employee Benefits offering.
