Our client is seeking support within their Membership Department for a busy period over the next 1-2 months.

The role will incorporate dealing with membership enquiries, servicing members with information through listening to customer requirements and presenting with appropriate services and benefits of the membership for this charity organisation.

Duties will include:

- Working as part of a small dedicated team
- Dealing with telephone enquiries for information and members calling to renew memberships
- Updating and recording accurate information for membership records
- Understanding objections or queries
- Advising on appeals and campaigns, promoting donations
- Daily reporting of information as required
- Processing payments and subscriptions
- Assisting members with interaction with the website
- Administering and despatching renewal documents and subscription reminders.

- Excellent telephone manner
- Customer service via telephone or sales related experience an advantage
- IT literate
- Proactive and enthusiastic personality to work as part of a busy, friendly team
- Own transport due to location desirable
