£27,000 - £32,000 + bonus scheme + benefits package

Niyaa People are an independent Recruitment Consultancy based in Birmingham City Centre. We’re now looking for a Talent Manager to help our company further succeed. We’re striving towards becoming market leaders and award winning within the Built Environment focusing within the Midlands Region. Over the past 5 years we have grown from a team of 5 to 25 with the ambition of establishing the team to 41 Consultants.

As the Recruitment Talent Manager you will be pivotal in not only the companies but each consultant’s success. You will be working closely with the Managing Director to ensure that every individual is provided with the tools, support and training which they need to become recognised within the industry.

To be successful within the role of Talent Manager you will:

  • Have experience of working with Directors and Senior members of staff in order to establish proactive and driven teams

  • Sourcing candidates across a number of levels who will also be put forward for our 12 week in house training academy

  • Have previously trained new members of staff, Trainee Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Consultants through a bespoke training programme

The training academy which you will be delivering:

  • A 12 week in house training schedule which is bespoke to Niyaa People and behind the success of every individual within the company

  • Completion of our twenty module training programme which will be a combination of classroom, role-play and practical real life

  • Oversee the whole on boarding process which entails, training and development on our comprehensive CRM system
