The Role

Within this role as a Key Account Specialist you will be responsible for:

Creating awareness of the rare diseases so that more patients are successfully diagnosed and treated

Helping customers to understand and spot the symptoms of the rare diseases and know the referral pathways

Working within the local healthcare environment to implement initiatives in support of the company's products for these rare disease areas

Identifying, developing and fully implementing an innovative solution package to solve any local issues and barriers to patient identification


To apply, you will need:

Previous experience as a Key Account Manager or Hospital Specialist within Pharmaceutical Sales

Demonstrable success in Key Account Management and consistently achieving sales targets

A specialist, secondary care background, but willing to learn a new therapeutic area

You will ideally have Market Access experience - either a previous dedicated position, or as part of a KAM role

You must have the ABPI
