Job title: Administrator for Personal Assistant
Location: Redditch Town Centre
Salary: GBP18,500
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9.30am - 6pm, Friday 9.30am -5pm

My client specialise in providing solutions to dissatisfied timeshare owners and are based within Redditch town centre. They are seeking an experienced Administrator to support the existing Personal Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. The main aim of the role is to work closely with the Personal Assistant and support where needed. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company who offer excellent progression opportunities.

Day to Day duties will include the following:
* Dealing with e-mail queries
* Answering the phone and dealing with queries accordingly
* Typing up contracts
* Taking payments from customers
* Updating the database
* Arrange travel and accommodation for Directors and Clients
* Dealing with expenses
* Attend roadshows when needed
* General administration

As a person you will need the following qualities & experience:
* Must have excellent administration skills
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask
* Professional manner and well-presented appearance
