Supporting the Human Resource team on a variety of tasks, you will be able to hit the ground running and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in HR.

Management of all administration in relation to the onboarding of new personnel, including relevant checks and referencing

Managing the complete starter and leaver processes

Processing all required information onto the HR system including any contractual or salary related information

Reporting on absence, sickness, maternity and paternity leave including the management of data for appraisal and end of probation reviews

Supporting the business with employee and management HR queries and enquiries, providing generalist guidance and support

Flagging any potential issues with relevant Advisors and Business partners

Production of all HR correspondence in keeping with company standards

Person specification:

Experience of working in an HR department is essential, minimum 6 months experience

Exceptional attention to detail and results orientated

Outstanding communication skills with the ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of customer service

Calm under pressure and keen to further develop skills and experience.
