L&D Manager - High-Growth Tech
My client, a fast-growing and multi-award winning technology business is looking for an experienced L&D Manager to develop and build the L&D structure. This will be a strategic role, but will also involve hands-on training.
Working directly with the HR Director with a dotted line into the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for the L&D side of the business, responsible for the strategy across all departments, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, designing effective on-boarding and orientation programmes, focusing on an L&D strategy to improve sales, designing training material, delivering face to face training, one to one coaching and development, as well as team sessions.
You will have experience of TNAs in a scaling business, which can change quickly, as well as experience of creating individual/group/whole team development plans. You are also likely to have experience of managing people.
Candidates will have strong and proven experience within a sales focused training environment (Must have!), ideally within a high-growth tech/start-up environment, or a business with a focus on sales. You will be results driven and be able to outline our success, experience of creating and delivering an L&D strategy, have success in driving performance, an understanding and appreciation for data (using data to evaluate effectiveness), as well as a passion for 'hands on' delivery of training.
