Proactive Customer Experience Support Coordinator

Brook Street Coventry are currently looking for experienced Customer Service Coordinator in the Coventry area to work with a worldwide leading automotive company.

This role is to provide an excellent high quality service to customers with any queries on products. You will be responsible for responding to customer enquires regarding exciting and future vehicle line up, introducing them to their retailer to discuss their future purchasing intentions and supporting the marketing team. This role includes building relationships with customers and guiding them throughout their entire lifecycle with the client.

The hours are part time and fixed shift: 2pm - 6pm Monday - Friday 20hrs, 9am - 1pm Monday - Saturday 20 hrs varied days. GBP18,000 pro rata
