Head of HR
Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a well-established Financial Services client with sites across the UK on a Head of HR opportunity.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering a clear People Strategy and provide strategic input on all people matters. You will need to form strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business and work across all areas of talent development succession planning, organisational design and business change.
You will be part of the senior management team and work closely with the Finance Director across employee engagement and building positive employee relationships.
Alongside this, you will chair the Health & Safety Committee and oversee the monthly payroll process. You will manage the FCA compliance and remuneration piece and identify and assess all business risks.
It is essential that you have worked at a Senior generalist level as well as being a strong people manager and you must be able to demonstrate how you have developed a high performing HR team as well as your experience of developing HR strategies.
Head of HR – the Person
• Full CIPD or equivalent is essential
• Strong people management skills
• Ideally, you will have knowledge across FCA Remuneration and conduct rules.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationship and influence.
• Financial services industry knowledge is advantageous.
• Proven background in the design & delivery of HR Management strategies.
