We are looking for an experienced Digital Communications Officer to join our small but busy Communications team to equip and inspire our digital followers to take that next step to getting involved with our work; to sign an e-petition, to sign up to a fundraising event or become a member or join a regional committee.

About the role:

Working alongside the digital manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing content for our social media channels, website and members site
- Sourcing and editing new blog content from internal / external writers
- Creating engaging social media content that encourages followers to visit our website
- Creating social media graphics using Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud
- Training staff how to write, edit and upload their own content on our CMS
- Monthly reporting of social media content to stakeholders including feedback on performance

The Successful candidate will have:

- a good understanding of online marketing and communications
- a good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- a basic understanding of HTML coding
- experience of using Google Analytics
