Our automotive engineering client are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator:

Job Role:

* Degree qualified with 2 years sales/marketing experience within the automotive field is required as a minimum.
* Experienced user of MS Office and MS Project
* Supporting sales team in the generation of quotations.
* Responsible for the updating of the quotation log and generation of sales reports/graphs.
* Good logical reasoning and the ability to format standard quotation templates from historic data.
* Supporting the timely generation of quotations from the sales team, ensuring on-time submission is adhered to.
* Background research of products to support sales team will be expected.
* Ensures quotation procedures are updated where necessary, clearly communicated and implemented by all sales personnel.
* Support of marketing activities wherever required
