Rexel UK Limited are currently looking for an experienced Communications Advisor to support with the creation and implementation of Internal Communications within the Rexel UK sales network.

The Role:

·Provide support to the Branch Helpdesk Manager on the cascade of managed comms to the Branch network

·Co-ordinate the production and distribution of the weekly business support brief, developing content where needed

·Manage the distribution of a range of announcements, publications and other collateral;

·Maintain key communication channels with accurate and fresh content

·Support internal communications activity and campaigns;

·Provide assistance with general administration, monthly reports and internal communications research and evaluation activity.

·Provide cover on the Sales Support Helpdesk

·Provide support to Internal Communications Manager on project activity e.g. change programmes, employee survey, values;

·Co-ordinate and support the development of communication tools and materials to drive the implementation of projects within the branch network

·Provide assistance with general administration, monthly reports and internal communications research and evaluation activity.

·Maintain the Hub with relevant and up to date Business Support content

The Person:

·Excellent written, visual and oral communication skills, with a good level of grammar and spelling

·Creativity in approaching projects

·Proactive, ambitious and highly motivated

·Qualification in a communications-related field desirable, but not essential.
