L&D Services Manager
A wonderful opportunity has arisen to join a well known retailer as a L&D Services Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of L&D Assistants to design, develop and implement a suite of blended learning solutions to meet the specific individual and organisational objectives.
What you'll be doing
Designing a framework for assessing and measuring the return on investment and effectiveness of all learning and development activities.
Develop and deliver an appropriate L&D offer and associated learning interventions
Develop an effective evaluation process to enable continuous improvement
Deliver blended learning solutions within budget and resource allocation
Review learning materials ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policy
Partnering closely with HR Business Partners to develop targeted learning and development interventions which meet business requirements and objectives
To lead, develop and motivate the learning services team to ensure effective achievement of team and individual objectives, with specific responsibility for performance management, development and review of direct reports.
What you'll be:
Proven experience of designing, delivering and evaluating L&D solutions
Proven experience of managing a team of L & D professionals
Experience of translating a L & D strategy
Experience of working with a blended learning methodology
CIPD or equivalent qualification
