£21k per annum plus excellent bonus and additional benefits

NO call outs - Monday to Saturday working hours

Kit out your van just how you like it and a direct dial to your own scheduler!

M-F - 8am-5pm / Sat - 8am-1pm

Excellent bonus structure paid monthly (pro rota) - OTE £37k:

Complete 4 jobs a day - you will be paid as if your salary were £23,000 PA
Complete 4.5 jobs a day - you will be paid as if your salary were £24,000 PA
Complete 5 jobs a day - you will be paid as if your salary were £25,000 PA
Complete 5.5 jobs a day - you will be paid as if your salary were £27,000 PA
Complete 6 jobs a day - you will be paid as if your salary were £30,000 PA
Complete 6.5 jobs a day - you will be paid as if your salary were £32,000 PA
Complete 7 jobs a day - you will be paid as if your salary were £35,000 PA

The Role:

To inspect damaged vehicles and assess the full extent of the damage sustained, assess the cost of repair and time scales
To remove, refit and repair windscreens at approved locations, customers' homes and workplaces and providing other services and products where appropriate
To deliver first class customer service at all times, informing the customer of what you are doing with their vehicles, the repair methods used and answer any queries they may have
To provide excellent communication to not only the customer, but with head office and other team members to ensure the most efficient service is being provided at all times
To demonstrate strong attention to detail to your work ensuring that company standards are being maintained to the highest standards
Handle all vehicles, tools and equipment with proper care and attention

Awareness of and adhere to all the housekeeping and health and safety regulations

You will ideally have:

Solid experience in glazing repair and refit
NVQ Level 2 in Automotive Glazing or equivalent (desirable)
Must have clean driving licence
