In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Annual recurring revenue (ARR) and associated renewals for Advanced. This will include delivering timely and accurate reporting, business intelligence and insightful actionable output to our functional and market teams.

The Opportunity:

Working as part of a close team, you will:

- Drive the renewal of Advanced's contracts to existing customers
- To obtain reports of expected renewals and cross check with information for accuracy
- To liaise directly with the end user where appropriate and with the Sales Account management permission to obtain correct information to enable accurate quoting
- To proactively provide quotations for existing support renewals
- Produce timely and accurate quotations based on the requirements
- Form, develop and maintain customer relationships and act as an effective point of contact


In order to qualify, you will:

- Have a passion for data and customer service with some exposure in the IT/software domain
- Most likely (although it's not a prerequisite) be a graduate (in any discipline)
- Be a quick learner who is able to pick up information quickly
- Have hands-on ************* and Excel expertise is advantageous
- Be an excellent communicator
