Client:

PSD have been assigned to appoint a Contract Implementation Manager to join an outsourcer to support the transition of services on behalf of their clients across front office, back office, mobile and regional operations.

Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, financial tracking and driving successful conclusion to client transition projects, which will include:

  • Leading client transitions projects
  • Stakeholder engagement - developing multi-level relationships ensure project delivery goals are met as planned
  • Customer Experience delivery via management of project cost, schedule and quality objectives
  • Ensure the transition methodology is well understood, adhered to and is continuously adjusted to ensure lessons learned are incorporated from each transition including risk mitigation
  • Promote new ways of working and facilitate change by ensuring buy-in and support at all levels of the service
  • Creatively apply business and technical knowledge to enable, support and implement all aspects of change in the service
  • Participate in opportunity analysis / due diligence of potential projects
  • Help in new bids solutioning / RFP responses
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to increase revenues / improve processes for customers
  • Exposure to Contract Transition/ Project Manager / Project Management
  • Lead a small project team

Person:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience gained from a BPO / Outsourcing organisation which will include at least 3 years exposure to project management and transition project life cycles
  • Ideally experience gained within a project management methodology such as Prince 2/ Six Sigma /APMP will be beneficial
  • This role will be based in the Midlands and will require travel to client sites and operational delivery centres as required

On Offer:

A salary of £55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits, this role will be based in Midlands
