Residential Care Home Manager (CQC Registered Manager)

Full time, 40hrs per week

Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience and qualifications

You will be leading a team that delivers high quality person-centred care to people living with dementia and related mental health needs. You will be responsible for the operational, day-to-day, management of the home ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation. You will maintain a high quality service working in partnership with colleagues to manage services. Ensuring the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment, person centred planning and regular outcome focussed reviews of services.

We strongly believe in developing the skills of our staff and offer an extensive range of training courses.

Essential requirements:

2 years’ experience as a manager or deputy manager of a home that cares for people that are living with dementia

Diploma in Health and Social Care (Dementia Pathway) Level 3 or equivalent

Desirable requirements:

Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care Services (Residential Pathway) Level 5

Previous experience as Care Assistant, Support Carer, Support Worker, Senior Carer, Team Leader, Shift Leader, Nurse
