We are currently recruiting for an established and well respected company based in a rural location for a Consultancy Support Administrator on a fixed term contract for up to 9 months to cover maternity leave.

The purpose of the role is to support consultants on a daily basis.

Daily duties woul include:
  • Book appointments for consultants
  • Format letters and reports
  • Take acurate telephone messages, dealing with client enquiries nd calls to follow up on meeting invitations
  • Collating monthly data for in house bespoke programmes nd resolving queries; including data inputting, analysis and producing reports using excel
  • Liasisng with clients, project co-ordinators and project manager
  • Organising external and internal meetings including helping out providing refreshments; book meeting venues , visual aid equiptment and catering arrangements
  • Daily use of excel, word and outlook
  • General administration and associated tasks delegated by senior members of the team
  • Providing holiday cover for other team members
  • Administration of stationery supplies
  • Responsibility for maintaining a tidy office

Your working hours would be Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm

The ideal candidate would need to demonstrate;
  • Maths and English GCSE C or above
  • A good level of computer literacy especially Microsoft Excel and word
  • The ability to work independendently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with clients/colleagues both internally and externally clearly and concisely
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident telephone manner
