Your new role
Your new role will see you managing the commercial and contractual activities and their inter-related activities. You will be involved in stakeholder engagement and negotiation with all parties within project team. You will oversee the management of estimating and cost planning using construction and engineering industry market economics and understanding their impact on cost and price.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your new role you will have a degree in construction and post degree experience. You will either have or be working towards RICS Chartered status. You will have procurement knowledge of construction projects. You will also be experienced in monthly cost reporting and cost control against budget and proven experience of managing complex customer and supplier relationships and expectations in a projects environment.
What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded with a generous salary of c£35000 - £40000 plus life assurance, bonus, long term service awards, annual holiday allowance and 8% contributory matched pension.
