Sales - Senior Sales Negotiator - Rugby
If you are an experienced and proactive Sales Negotiator looking to progress your career, then a successful Estate Agent in Rugby would like to hear from you.
In this role, the successful Negotiator will be expected to win new instructions, maintain current client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of the sales department and office as a whole. This will involve interfacing with colleagues, buyers and sellers, promoting property sales, managing transactions and cross selling company services.
The successful Sales Negotiator must have excellent communication skills in order to develop strong working relationships with all parties involved as well as accurate administration skills to ensure confirmation of all actions and agreements made. Therefore a high standard of English grammar and good working knowledge of Word & Excel are essential.
A professional work ethic, good telephone manner and smart appearance will be expected and it is essential that you have a full UK driving license and can provide good references.
